Where do I start measuring length—from the top pocket or the bottom pocket?

Our curtains feature a dual rod pocket design: Length is measured from the TOP of the curtain to the bottom hem.​ The first pocket measures 2" and second one 3". Do NOT measure from the second pocket, or your curtains will end up too short.

Why do the two curtains in one package look like different colors?

This is likely due to incorrect hanging orientation. Please ensure both panels are hung with the double pocket at the TOP. Because velvet has a directional pile, hanging one panel upside down creates a "light vs. dark" effect under light reflection.

My room is dimly lit. Will the curtains look darker in person?

Yes. Lighting has a major impact on color perception. In dim or warm-toned rooms, curtains will appear darker and richer​ than they do in bright daylight or in our product photos. In very bright, cool-toned light, they may look slightly lighter.

I want floor-length curtains. How do I choose between L84, L90, L96, or L108?

First, measure from the top of the rod​ (or top of the upper pocket) to where you want the curtains to end:

Floating (1/2" above floor)

Kissing the floor (just touching)

Slight puddle (1–3" on floor)--Recommend!

Full puddle (6"+ on floor)

How many panels do I need for my 50" width window?

This item is sold as 1 Set of 2 Panels. Each panel width varies by size (42", 52", or 62"). To achieve the full, gathered look, we recommend the total curtain width be 1.5–2x your ROD width. If 50" width window, choose 52" or 62" in Qty1 is pretty.
